1. Delivery Coverage

Gramito provides hyperlocal delivery service. We deliver within our serviceable areas only. The app will show available stores and products based on your delivery location.

2. Delivery Charges

₹99 - ₹198	₹20
₹199 and above	FREE

All delivery charges are displayed clearly in INR at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 10-30 minutes (depending on distance and demand)
Peak hours: May take up to 45 minutes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
You will receive real-time tracking in the app

4. Delivery Process

Order placed → Seller confirms → Delivery partner picks up → Delivered to your door
You will receive SMS/push notification at each step
Delivery partner will call if unable to locate address
If customer is unreachable, order may be cancelled

5. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within select serviceable areas. Enter your delivery address in the app to check availability in your area. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to wrong address — re-delivery charges may apply
If customer is unavailable — order may be cancelled and refund processed
COD orders: If customer refuses to accept — order will be returned to store

7. Delivery Partners

Gramito works with verified local delivery partners. All partners are background-verified and trained to handle grocery deliveries safely and hygienically.
