We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure Firebase infrastructure by Google, and access controls to protect your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Order history is retained for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

Our mobile app does not use cookies. We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage patterns and improve our services. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
